About Us

We're wild camping and exploring enthusiasts, we wild camp fortnightly irrespective if it’s hot and dry in summer or torrential rain and freezing cold in winter. When people ask why we’re going out in adverse weather we simply reply ‘Because that’s when we go camping!’

We believe the best way to learn is by doing and as such we've learned a lot and made a few mistakes along the way. We both have a background in inherently dangerous sports so while it may appear we have a blasé attitude to danger the reality is our safety and our ability to get ourselves out of any situation is always our paramount concern.

We had discussed creating a YouTube channel for a while to documenting the amazing, funny & sometimes bizarre things we see.
